Message Scope

SMS is reserved for urgent pilot alerts such as safety-sensitive barn notices, time-sensitive schedule changes, account access issues, critical care coordination, and service-provider arrival or delay updates. SMS messages will not include detailed horse medical information on the lock screen or in message preview text.
